This season, I’m leaning into cozy shearling lace ups and comfy lug soles. But look no further, there’s a style for every occasion.

In the lug sole category, check out Sam Edelman’s soon-to-be-sold-out Laguna Boot that come in at under $200–I snagged these in black for monochromatic dressing days ahead. There are Steve Madden’s $99 snowy day approved lace ups and a pair of Isabel Marant cowboy boots that will send any Western fashion lover (or not) into a tizzy.  

While you’re shopping for yourself, I’d love it if you would consider buying a pair of shoes for someone else as well. For the 6th year, my beautiful and generous friend Ashley Bosse is partnering with the incredible organization, Shoes that Fit to donate brand new sneakers to students in the Dallas area. 

Many of the receiving students have never worn new shoes, and are used to wearing shoes that are often falling apart and are too big or too small for their growing feet. The simple gift of new shoes can increase a child’s school attendance, help them interact more positively with their teachers and peers, and participate in sports and physical activities. Most of all, new shoes boost a child’s self-esteem and let them know that they are valued by their community.

Every dollar donated through this page will go towards the goal of $21,000 to put shoes on over 600 students at local schools in the Dallas area. Just $30 buys one pair of new sneakers and 100% of the money donated goes directly to buying the shoes!
